Welcome to Tri County Woodturners – a chapter of the American Association of Woodturners
Tri County Woodturners, a local chapter of the American Association of Woodturners, was established in 1998. The club was formed to promote interest in woodturning among its members and the surrounding community. Members skills are enhanced through demonstrations, club activities, discussions of tools and techniques, and most of all safety. All levels of skills are represented in Tri County Woodturners. All you need to become a member of the club is an appreciation of turned objects and the desire to share and improve your skills.
Upcoming Meetings and Demonstrators
October 7, 2026: Demonstrator will be Jack Roberts. Jack will show us how to do offset turning.
For members only: Jack will also be available all day, Thursday Oct 8th at Steve Hood’s shop in Lakeland. It will be an informal day of helping anyone with their project. This is a great opportunity to meet Jack and learn from him!
**The Lutz Community Center will be closed on the date of our NOVEMBER meeting. Our meeting site for NOVEMBER will be the Keystone Rec Center in Odessa. More on this later.**
